Non-Textbook Merchandise Refund Policy


Merchandise may be returned for a refund, within two weeks from the date of purchase, if the conditions below are met:

The original sales receipt must accompany all refunds. You must present your RECEIPT for a refund. There are no exceptions. There is no refund on shipping and handling charges.

Only credit card refunds will be given for purchases made with credit cards (using the same account number). A check will be issued for purchases made with checks; the check will be issued no earlier than three weeks after the purchase.

The merchandise returned should be just as purchased- clothing should be un-used with original tags attached to it, original packaging included. Boxes/packages marked with "no return if un-wrapped" must be unopened. Shrink wrapped books should be returned unopened. Books with CD's and/or diskettes should be unopened. (The Bookstore staff will decide whether the condition is acceptable).

NOT RETURNABLE: Shipping and handling fees, Cap, Gown, Tassel,and Commencement Announcements, (purchased as a set or individually), lab and lecture packets, opened shrink wrapped books, study guides, syllabi, practice sets, software, special order items, Allied Health Program sets (Dental,RN, NA, Pharmacy Tech, LPN,Surg. Tech), Access Codes, diskettes, CDs, DVDs, flash drives, opened package calculators, gloves and face masks are NON RETURNABLE.

The postmarked date on the package, or date of shipment, will be the date of return, in determining if the return deadline was met on merchandise mailed back to the store.
