Return Policies
All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 business days unless otherwise stated. Merchandise
must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
Medical reference and trade books are returnable within 10 business days.
Coursepacks and review books are not returnable.
Textbooks are subject to the return dates listed on the front of the receipt at the time of purchase. Generally those terms are as follows:
Fall and Spring Semesters:
Textbooks purchased at the beginning of the semester are returnable within 10 business days, (not including weekends or holidays), following the first day of class, as designated
by the University's Academic Calendar.
Textbooks purchased after the initial return period but prior to the last four weeks of the semester have 48 hour return privilege.
Textbooks purchased during the last four weeks of the semester are not returnable.
Summer Semesters:
Textbooks purchased at the beginning of the session are returnable within 5 business days following the first day of class, as designated
by the University's Academic Calendar.
Textbooks are returnable if the class has been dropped. A drop slip must be presented with your receipt at the time of return. Books no longer in their
original condition will be refunded at used pricing. Coursepacks are not returnable.
Medical equipment may be returned within 10 business days. All equipment must be in new condition and all boxes, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Computer and PDA equipment, accessories, and software are not returnable if opened or unwrapped. Defective products will be replaced with identical product; no refunds
can be given.
Clothing, medical apparel, and footwear may be returned within 10 business days. Items must be in new, unworn condition. Embroidered garments are not returnable.
